About the project

Triage is an AI inbox operator built for ops and support teams. It acts as an intelligent first line of defense for your support email channels, automatically reading and understanding inbound messages so your team doesn't have to sort through the noise.

Instead of manually routing tickets, Triage classifies emails by user intent using LLM Models and triggers configurable automated workflows. Whether an email is a routine password reset, an urgent production issue, or a complex billing inquiry, Triage knows exactly how to handle it based on your predefined rules.

Triage streamlines team operations by ensuring that incoming communications are handled promptly, routed correctly, and processed through deterministic, AI-augmented workflows — allowing human operators to focus entirely on exception handling and high-value interactions.
