About the project

Connect Recordings Inbox is a centralized dashboard for Amazon Connect that aggregates voicemails and recordings from multiple instances into a single, unified interface. It simplifies voicemail management with real-time streaming, secure cross-account integration, and instant playback.

Standard Amazon Connect implementations often leave a gap when it comes to simple, accessible voicemail/recordings management. While Connect is powerful, retrieving recordings typically requires digging through S3 buckets or building custom CTR (Contact Trace Record) parsers.

Connect Recordings Inbox is built on serverless principles (S3 streaming, KinesisFirehose) and secure cross-account access, it requires minimal ongoing maintenance, preserving your margins on managed support contracts.

This application is currently in private beta and is available for our enterprise customers.
