Self-Service Business Telephony Platform using Amazon Connect.

Some of our enterprise customers loved the idea of a quick number and asked for a private version of MyConnectCenter.

About the project

It's using a very simple process flow - instantly acquire toll-free number, configure call flow, and activate your business telephony infrastructure in minutes with Amazon Connect.

I created MyConnectCenter to make it easy for businesses to experiment with their own telephony infrastructure, before they decide to setup their own infrastructure.

Amazon Connect is a great platform and has dozens of features, this small utility shows the power of programmable telephony infrastructure.

You can setup simple IVR, Agent Queues, or just a plain message as an incoming-call template. For Agent Queues, you will receive the login credentials to access the Amazon Connect Console to manage your queues.

For simplicity and cost-effectiveness, I am currently limiting the acquired number duration to 15 minutes.
