About the project
MyChat is a web-based utility that allows users to build custom AI chatbots trained (RAG-based) on their own data (websites, PDFs, text). It provides a seamless experience for managing knowledge bases, and embedding chat widgets into external websites.
I created MyChat and made it open-source to help others build their own AI chatbots. The internal structure is simple enough for anyone to understand and modify. Anyone can clone, customize, and host their own version of MyChat for free.
